All packages are based on the time you are ready
to commit to accomplishing YOUR goals.

ALL packages include the following:

  • Unlimited questions about product leadership via email and text

  • Access to product templates and resources as needed

  • Review of LinkedIn profile and resume if requested

  • Option to utilize a session for Tami to meet with YOUR boss for feedback

  • Introduction to any product or tech leader within Tami’s network

  • Ability to schedule (and reschedule) sessions via calendly

Transforming Leader: Year of Transformation - $8500/€8000 ($12000++ value)

  • Twice a month 1-hour coaching sessions for first 6 months

  • 360 Review with your manager and 2 peers and 2 direct reports

  • Monthly 1-hour coaching sessions for second 6 months

  • End of year review of your progress as a Product Leader

Ladder Climber: 6 Months of Advancement - $3500/€3300

  • Once a month 1-hour coaching sessions for 6 months 

  • Extra meeting to establish your goals, challenges, and intentions

Skills Crusher: 3 Months of Development - $3000/€2850

  • Twice a month 1-hour coaching sessions for 3 months

  • First meeting used to establish your goals, challenges, and intentions

MidCareer Mover: 1 YEAR of Development - $2000/€1900 (paid quarterly)

  • Once a month 30 min coaching sessions for 12 months

  • Quarterly invitation to additional group sessions with other similar stage product folk

Laser Focused Visionary: 1 Month Deep Dive - $2000

  • Four focused 1-hour sessions with you or your team within 1 month

  • Example Projects: Strategy Deck Creation, Org Design guidance, 360 review with your CEO

Job Seeker: Search and Interview Preparation - $1500 ($1200 if you were laid off)

  • Three personal 1-hour coaching sessions within 3 months

  • Sessions will focus on how you present your unique skills and experience

  • Always includes Resume and LinkedIn review

  • Interview preparation and storytelling guidance

Toe Dipper: Single Session - $500

  • Not sure coaching is for you? Pay upfront for a single session no commitment required

Please Note: Tami tends to do 1:1 coaching with Product Leaders who have CPO, VP, or Director level roles at their companies and will offer a discount if you are paying for this out of pocket.
