Product Leadership is new to the world; there aren’t enough resources available and many of them are generic and impersonal. Beyond that, your boss probably doesn’t have a product background and you don’t want to turn to them with too many questions anyway. Partnering with a coach provides you with a one-on-one personalized experience to overcome your individual obstacles and achieve desired results.

That's where I come in! I am an established  product leader coach with over 15 years of experience. Through coaching exercises designed to think of yourself as a product, you will leverage the skills which got you where you are now to find your unique ways to shine, overcome challenges, and guide your choices to be an impactful and effective product leader.

Year of Transformation Preview

First Month: “Getting Started with Where you want to go”

  • One-hour intro sessions to establish your goals 

  • One-hour review of your assessment for strengths

Rest of Q1+Q2: “Understanding Where you are now”

  • One-hour 1:1 coaching sessions twice a month scheduled via calendly to lay a strong foundation of product leadership

  • 360 Review with your manager & 2 peers and debrief session

Through Q3+Q4: “Stepping towards Where to go next” 

  • Personal 1:1 coaching sessions once a month to guide you through applying your new skills and frameworks to real world situations in hiring, strategy, and execution

  • Assistance with annual planning.

  • End of Year review to reflect on your transformation.

WHAT DOES THE YEAR OF TRANSFORMATION PACKAGE COST?

With over 24 hours of one-on-one and group coaching the value of the program is over $12,000.
The participation fee is $10,000 if paid in installments throughout the year and is offered at a discounted rate of $8,500 if you choose to pay in full prior to the first session.
